Teams will play approxiametly a 30 game regular season and our annual All Star Game, and Post Season.  The season will run from the first of June through mid July. The schedule provides for consistent game play, while allowing time for players to practice and continue to develop their skills, providing the opportunity to compete in over 250 innings of quality summer baseball.

Games will be played at Marty Miller Field on the campus of Norfolk State University, Marlin Field on the campus of Virginia Wesleyan College and TowneBank OBX Park, located at the First Flight Athletic Complex in Kill Devil Hills, NC and other fields to be determined.
