Outer Banks Daredevils Captures Lead Early To Defeat Norfolk Redbirds

Norfolk Redbirds fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 17-5 loss to Outer Banks Daredevils on Saturday. Outer Banks Daredevils scored on a home run by Tre Jones in the first inning, a grand slam by Hunter Rameriz in the first inning, and a home run by Rameriz in the third inning.

The Norfolk Redbirds struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Outer Banks Daredevils, giving up 17 runs.

Outer Banks Daredevils fired up the offense in the first inning. Jones hit a solo homer.

Outer Banks Daredevils scored six runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught by Outer Banks Daredevils was led by JonesRobert OlahRamerizHunter McKown, and Damian Hairston, all driving in runs in the inning.
