Virginia Blasters Grabs Lead In Seventh Inning To Defeat Greenbrier Knights
Virginia Blasters snatched the lead late in the game in a 9-5 victory over Greenbrier Knights on Monday. The game was tied at five with Virginia Blasters batting in the bottom of the seventh when Patrick Blackall singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.
Greenbrier Knights fired up the offense in the first inning, when an error scored one run for Greenbrier Knights.
Young Sub Han got the win for Virginia Blasters. He allowed two hits and two runs over two innings, striking out two and walking one. Graham Barefoot threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.
