Daredevils Loses Lead Early In Defeat

Daredevils watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 10-3 loss to Pelicans on Tuesday. Pelicans scored on a error in the first inning, a double by Nick Graham in the first inning, and a single by Jackson Peterson in the second inning.
Pelicans took an early lead in the first inning. An error scored one run for Pelicans.
Pelicans scored three runs in the third inning. Pelicans’s big inning was driven by a double by Nick Graham and a double.
Michael Biasello earned the win for Pelicans. He tossed four innings, allowing two runs, six hits, and striking out five. Ryan Gallacio took the loss for Daredevils. He pitched two and a third innings, giving up seven runs, six hits, and striking out four.
Daredevils had seven hits in the game. Andrew Kasiski and Eamonn Collins each collected multiple hits for Daredevils. Collins, Kasiski, and Mikey Polanski each drove in one run to lead Daredevils.
Pelicans collected nine hits. Michael Diodato, Jackson Peterson, and Graham each collected multiple hits for Pelicans. Diodato led Pelicans with three hits in four at bats.
