Bluefish Downs Knights, 4-2

Bluefish defeated Knights 4-2 on Thursday. After Knights scored one run in the top of the seventh, Bluefish answered with one of their own.
Knights scored when Henry Moore hit a sacrifice fly to drive in a run. Bluefish then answered when Trent Kochheiser walked Cimaroli to drive in a run.
Bluefish evened things up at one in the bottom of the third inning. Bluefish scored one run when Kevin Edgar singled with two outs in the third inning.
Bluefish took the lead for good with one run in the fifth inning. In the fifth Daniel Haskell singled off of Jake Holland, driving in one run.
Kevin Beckert earned the win for Bluefish. He went seven innings, allowing two runs, four hits, striking out five, and walking one. Two relievers helped Bluefish close out the victory.
Landon Sewell threw one inning. Alec Berry recorded the last three outs to earn the save for Bluefish.Holland took the loss for Knights. He tossed six innings, allowing three runs, six hits, and striking out seven.
Bluefish had eight hits in the game. MacMilan Shoenman and Brelin Carroll each collected multiple hits for Bluefish. Carroll and Shoenman each managed two hits to lead Bluefish.
