Suffolk Voyagers Can’t Hold Up Against Norfolk Redbirds

Nothing came easy for Suffolk Voyagers on Tuesday, as they fell 12-3 to Norfolk Redbirds

Suffolk Voyagers got things moving in the first inning. Suffolk Voyagers scored one run on a stolen base.

In the top of the fifth inning, Norfolk Redbirds tied things up at three. Jordan Hara‘s sac fly scored one run for Norfolk Redbirds.

Norfolk Redbirds took the lead for good with seven runs in the sixth inning. In the sixth Jacob Ford drew a walk, scoring one run, Nathan Lozar drew a walk, scoring one run, Ben Bergersingled on a 3-2 count, scoring one run, Christopher Mills singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs, and Hara doubled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs.

Maxwell Denny led things off on the hill for Norfolk Redbirds. He lasted five innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out six and walking one.

Shawn McFeggan was on the pitcher’s mound for Suffolk Voyagers. He lasted five innings, allowing four hits and three runs while striking out three. Bryce Smith and Steven Adamsonentered the game from the bullpen, throwing three and two-thirds innings and one-third of an inning respectively.

Lakewood Legends Takes Victory Over Portsmouth Yardbirds, 8-3

Lakewood Legends wins contest against Portsmouth Yardbirds on Tuesday, 8-3

Lakewood Legends got things started in the first inning when an error scored one run for Lakewood Legends.

Lakewood Legends put up three runs in the sixth inning. Lakewood Legends scored its runs on an RBI home run by Bren Faulk.

Hyeonsang Cho led things off on the hill for Lakewood Legends. He lasted four innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out one.

Luke Verga was on the hill for Portsmouth Yardbirds. He lasted five innings, allowing four hits and five runs while striking out three. Brook Hamilton and Talmon Hubbard entered the game from the bullpen, throwing two-thirds of an inning and two-thirds of an inning respectively.

Lakewood Legends hit two home runs on the day. Faulk had a four bagger in the sixth inning. Drew Hill had a dinger in the fifth inning.

Virginia Beach Shredders Loses Lead Early In Defeat

Virginia Beach Shredders fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 14-5 loss to Outer Banks Daredevils on Tuesday. Outer Banks Daredevils scored on a single by Hunter McKownin the second inning, a single by Mykal Martin in the second inning, a triple by Hunter Ramerizin the second inning, a double by Tre Jones in the second inning, and a groundout by Dominick Claxton in the third inning.

The Virginia Beach Shredders struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Outer Banks Daredevils, giving up 14 runs.

In the second inning, Outer Banks Daredevils got their offense started when McKown singled on a 1-0 count, scoring one run.

Ryan Andrzejczyk was the winning pitcher for Outer Banks Daredevils. He allowed four hits and zero runs over six innings, striking out ten and walking zero. Kole Register and Chris Dayentered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Patrick Mason took the loss for Virginia Beach Shredders. He went four innings, allowing ten runs on seven hits and striking out three.

Clark’s 11th Inning Walk-Off Gives Greenbrier Knights Victory Over Virginia Blasters

Greenbrier Knights took Tuesday’s game in dramatic fashion, with an 8-5 walk-off victory over Virginia Blasters. The game was tied at five with Greenbrier Knights batting in the bottom of the eleventh when Brandon Clark homered on a 0-1 count, scoring three runs.

Virginia Blasters got on the board in the second inning. Sean Lang drove in one when he tripled.

Greenbrier Knights knotted the game up at five in the bottom of the ninth inning. Clark singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Stefan Lesco took the win for Greenbrier Knights. He went five innings, allowing one run on two hits and striking out seven. Scott McDonough threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.

JD Sparks took the loss for Virginia Blasters. He went two and a third innings, allowing four runs on three hits and striking out six.

Fehiber Rosario started the game for Greenbrier Knights. He lasted three innings, allowing one hit and one run while striking out four Keanu Walkush started the game for Virginia Blasters. He surrendered zero runs on five hits over five innings, striking out four

Outer Banks Daredevils Almost Erases 8-Run Deficit In Loss To Virginia Blasters

Virginia Blasters built an eight-run lead in the second inning and then held off Outer Banks Daredevils‘s charge for an 11-9 victory on Monday. Outer Banks Daredevils scored six runs in the failed comeback on a double by Hunter Rameriz in the fourth, a single by Dominick Claxtonin the fourth, a home run by Justin Taylor in the fourth, and a home run by Rameriz in the fifth.

Virginia Blasters earned the victory despite allowing Outer Banks Daredevils to score seven runs in the fourth inning. RamerizClaxton, and Taylor each had RBIs in the big inning.

Outer Banks Daredevils got on the board in the first inning when Taylor doubled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Virginia Blasters pulled away for good with two runs in the fifth inning.

Duncan Newman led the Virginia Blasters to victory on the mound. He went three innings, allowing five runs on four hits and striking out three. Greenbrier Knights took the lead late and defeated Virginia Beach Shredders 10-9 on Monday.Greenbrier Knights was down 8-7 in the bottom of the eighth inning when Brandon Clark singled on a 0-2 count, scoring two runs.

Greenbrier Knights earned the victory despite allowing Virginia Beach Shredders to score six runs in the first inning. Virginia Beach Shredders big bats were led by Tyler KeatonMatthew Coutts, and Adrian Ty Andrews, all driving in runs in the inning.

In the first inning, Virginia Beach Shredders got their offense started when Keaton doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring two runs.

Greenbrier Knights tallied four runs in the fifth inning. Wesley BonneyClark, and Scott McDonough all drove in runs in the frame.

Brent Kline was the winning pitcher for Greenbrier Knights. Norfolk Redbirds lost the lead late in an 11-9 defeat to Portsmouth Yardbirds on Monday.Portsmouth Yardbirds trailed 8-7 in the top of the seventh inning when Cam Wallace homered on a 3-1 count, scoring two runs.

Despite the loss, Norfolk Redbirds did collect 11 hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Portsmouth Yardbirds had seven hits on the way to victory.

Norfolk Redbirds captured the lead in the second inning. Norfolk Redbirds scored one run when Taylor Heck singled.

Portsmouth Yardbirds knotted the game up at seven in the top of the sixth inning, when Daniel Qin singled on a 3-2 count, scoring two runs.

After Portsmouth Yardbirds scored one run in the top of the ninth, Norfolk Redbirds answered with one of their own. Portsmouth Yardbirds scored when Christian Maloney induced Claude Hayes to hit into a fielder’s choice, but one run scored. Norfolk Redbirds then answered when Christian Szablewski singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.

Norfolk Redbirds tallied five runs in the second inning. Norfolk Redbirds put the pressure on, lead by singles by HeckBen Berger, and Darren McKeown.

Norfolk Redbirds fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 17-5 loss to Outer Banks Daredevils on Saturday. Outer Banks Daredevils scored on a home run by Tre Jones in the first inning, a grand slam by Hunter Rameriz in the first inning, and a home run by Rameriz in the third inning.

The Norfolk Redbirds struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Outer Banks Daredevils, giving up 17 runs.

Outer Banks Daredevils fired up the offense in the first inning. Jones hit a solo homer.

Outer Banks Daredevils scored six runs in the fourth inning. The offensive onslaught by Outer Banks Daredevils was led by JonesRobert OlahRamerizHunter McKown, and Damian Hairston, all driving in runs in the inning.
